  • How to build a portfolio?

    With 20 + years’ experience of being a landlord, Russell was a landlord before he was a Letting Agent.   • Valuation Process

    Valuations are based on many factors including the time of year, availability of your type of property and what others are demanding elsewhere. If you understand basic Economics, then you will appreciate and understand 'Supply and Demand'. We are best placed to advise, value, and hold your hand. Few things are still free in life, but our valuations still are and are still no-obligation. They are not always face to face and are not to help you avoid using an agent. Ours are to how you that we can do and how the 'best' tenant is not always the one paying the most!

  • Guaranteed Rent v Rent Guarantee Insurance

    Guaranteed Rent is, in our opinion, not always the best option when you have a good product, and we are only interested in good properties (and good landlords). Our valuation is an opportunity for us to 'interview' you and your property. Agents that offer Rent Guarantee are normally interested in high profit and low quality. 



    Rent Guarantee insurance is invaluable when things go array. Sold by us at cost (because Free is never Free) we offer it if you, and we feel it is needed. Again, this is not just because of a tenants affordability, it can often be market conditions, world economics or because your financial position relies on the rent coming in 100% every month. No excess, Solicitors costs paid, Court Costs Paid and even a small amount for the void period when possession has been gained.
